The committee is looking into printing quotes for a lovely glossy book of PAA Exhibiting Artists  – allowing two pages per artist for images of works and a short bio. All current, financial members are eligible. This serves to commemorate the 10 years that Portrait Artists Australia has been in existence, and will showcase the artists’ work and the genre itself. It also serves as a promotional tool – for distribution to architects, universities, Tafes, libraries, medical schools. This is our market for high-end commissions. To cover the costs, it is proposed the artists each pay a nominal fee per entry, which will include their own copy of the book; plus we will do a fundraising dinner to cover the rest of the costs.
