PROFILE
Julie lives in Grafton, north of Sydney, and has been a professional artist for 20 years.
She has a back ground in graphic design & sign writing. Her subjects include figurative works, portraiture, sporting themes, and animals. Her work is expressive and impressionistic in approach, with a combination of poetic colour wash and sensitive drawing.
Her preferred media are – oil paints and oil sticks, and she works with charcoal and drawing media.
TEACHING
Julie conducts life drawing sessions once a week. She tutors in a wide variety of media.
Julie has won many awards in regional art exhibitions.
